Emails & Nurture

One row per touch, with the reason each step has fewer people. The verbatim email copy stays on the Emails tab.

Nurture sequence · one row per touch

Combined view: the lead experiences one sequence. SMS rows light up once the SMS provider is chosen.

How these numbers are counted
Email rows are the live follow-ups endpoint (Brevo events + sequence state), 45-day window. Sent is the sequence state or a Brevo delivered event; Delivered is Brevo’s delivered event; Opened and Clicked come only from Brevo (clicks exclude security-scanner prefetches). Converted to call credits a booked call or call request to the latest touch sent before it. Rates under Opened and Clicked are of delivered for that touch; on the Cumulative row they are unique leads across the whole sequence. Percentages follow the page rule: a percentage only when the denominator is at least 20, otherwise the fraction. Why-fewer bars scale to the leads who entered nurture, so a segment’s width is its share of the whole sequence audience; “not sent” splits into not yet due (still in sequence), sequence exit (30-day window passed, or skipped by the send-latest-step rule) and opted out. Email 3 can have more sends than Email 2 because a lead overdue for both gets only the latest step. SMS rows render as “—” until SMS goes live. Times are New York time.
