The email sequence

This is exactly what a lead receives, in order. Green chips are merge fields filled per-lead from their own scan. All sends are signed by Yousuf and replies land in his inbox — reply in-thread, never a new email.

Day 0 · report→ Day 2 · walkthrough→ Day 5 · fix-list→ then silence — no newsletter, no list

Runs daily at 11am ET. A lead never gets a step twice; anyone who replies gets a human, not the next step; client restaurants and team test addresses never enter. The call-request confirmation (bottom) sends instantly, outside the daily cycle.

Day 0 · instant The report delivery

Sends the moment they enter their email on the report or deep scan.

Your AI Deep Scan is ready

We ran {Restaurant} through the full scan — how ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity see you, where rivals are named instead, and what to fix first.

Day 2 · 11am ET The walkthrough offer

Loss-framed with their own rival and gap — the sharpest line their report produced.

From: Yousuf Hasan · Primi Digital · Reply-to: yousuf@primidigital.com Subject: {Restaurant} vs {Rival} — 15 minutes on why

Your scan found the number that matters: AI sends {city} diners to {Rival} — not {Restaurant} — in {gap}% of the searches we tested.

That gap is fixable — most of it is data plumbing (schema, citations, entity records), not marketing spend. I do a free 15-minute walkthrough of exactly what to fix and in what order. No deck, no pitch — your scan on one screen, the fix list on the other.

If a lead has no rival data, the opener falls back to: "Your AI visibility scan for {Restaurant} found gaps worth fixing (score: {score}/100)."

Day 5 · 11am ET The fix-list close

Concrete next steps + the program price. Explicitly the last touch.

From: Yousuf Hasan · Primi Digital · Reply-to: yousuf@primidigital.com Subject: Three fixes for {Restaurant} (from your scan)

Quick follow-up on the {Restaurant} scan — the three fixes we would start with:

  1. Structured data — the schema AI engines actually read (most restaurant sites have wrong or missing markup).
  2. Citations — earned mentions on the sources the models ground on (this is where {Rival} is winning).
  3. Entity cleanup — one consistent record of your hours, menu and story everywhere AI looks.

This is the exact work in our SEO/GEO program (from $160/week). If it's not the season for it, keep the scan — it stays free. If it is:

Instant The call-request confirmation

Sends the second anyone asks for a call — the book-call form, or a phone number on the report's contact form. When Yousuf's booking link exists it gains a "Pick a time now" button.

Rules of the sequence
State lives per-lead; a step can never send twice. The sequence window is 30 days from capture; a lead older than the window is left alone. If a lead is overdue for several steps, they get only the latest one — no catch-up stacking. Test addresses (team, plus-addressed) and client restaurants never enter. The "Grab 15 minutes" and "Book a call" buttons point at the booking link when set, otherwise at the lead's own deep scan. Sends run through Brevo from the authenticated outreach domain. Compliance: every marketing step carries the postal address, a one-click unsubscribe (honoured instantly, mirrored to the CRM blacklist) and a privacy-policy link; the standard List-Unsubscribe header is set for one-click unsubscribe in Gmail/Apple Mail. The worker REFUSES to send if the postal address secret is unset. Copy changes: edit the templates in the worker (RR_SEQ_STEPS) — this page is the human-readable mirror and must be updated in the same commit.
